Before you begin any penile enhancement program, inform yourself, get to know all there is to know about the program you want to use.
As I strongly advise you to enlarge your penis through exercises, I'm going to tell you what you should and should not do, especially if you just started the program. Penis enlargement exercises should not induce pain... EVER! If you do experience pain it's because you're doing too much exercising over a short period of time. What's written here is just a guide... you must only do the exercises you feel comfortable with and only perform them for a limited period of time each day, and ONLY FIVE DAYS PER WEEK. While exercising don't squeeze too hard, don't stretch too much, don't work until you feel like you can't move. You should do the warm-up before and after each and every exercising session. If you're a beginner you must do at least 10 (the best is 15) minutes of warm-up hot wraps and if you're comfortable with it, do JUST 15 MINUTES of exercising. You'll work up to more. But as you begin you must give your penis time to “get used to the attention”. Always use lubrication! The skin on the penis is not as tough as the skin on your hands and it bruises very easy. Do as many Kegels as you can, no more! Just because it says here that you should do 50 and you can't do 20 that doesn't mean you must push yourself. You'll get there. You must be completely fine the next day, no soreness, no pain. If you do feel sore you must stop until the soreness subsides. Give the muscle time to recover. Don't expect to see enlargement after 1 week . It takes time, patience and commitment .
