Strong Penis - Attain a Big Strong Penis with Natural Penis Enlargement Techniques
I suggest you follow this program 5 days per week

WEEK NUMBER OF STROKES/DAY
1. Warm-Up 5 minutes
2. Stretching 20 - 30 minutes
3. Growth and circulation 1 minutes
4. Jelquing 10 - 20 minutes
5. PC 5 minutes
6. Massage and warm-down 5 - 10 minutes
TOTAL : 46 - 71 minutes

Warm-up

  • Soak a towel i warm water. Wring the excess water. Wrap the towel around your penis
  • Hold the towel wrapped on your penis for a minute. Repeat the action a couple of times.
  • Now dry your penis well (for a good grip).
Stretching
Your penis must be flaccid to perform this exercise. Now, with one hand grip the head of the penis. The grip should be firm, but not too firm or you'll cut off the blood flow too much.

Now pull your penis as far as you can so that it's parallel to the floor. You shouldn't pull too hard, you don't have to feel any pain or discomfort.

You should keep the penis stretched in front of you for five minutes. Stretch it further out after each minute.

After the 5 minutes of stretching take a 1 minute “break” during which you'll grab your penis by the root and start rotating it about 30 times. You do that to get the blood flowing.

Repeat the stretching exercise 5 times in total ,first stretch in front, then up, down, left and right. After each stretching repeat the 30 rotations.

After you have finished all 5 stretches pull the penis straight in front of you (like you did on the first stretch) and hold it like that for 1 minute, then give it 10 slight jerks.

Growth and circulation
With one hand protect your testicles and with the other whip the penis around 30 times.

Jelqing
Begin by lubricating your penis (use lubricant, Vaseline or baby oil). Massage to a semi-erect state. Now that your penis is semi-erect form an OK sign with the thumb and forefinger of your right hand. With the OK sign grab tightly the base of your penis.

Start pulling firmly but gently from the base of the penis to the tip. Stretch down and out. While your hand is moving toward the head of the penis observe how the head expands. It expands because it is becoming full with blood.

When you have reached the glans with your right hand begin doing the same thing with your left hand. Start from the base and pull gently and firmly towards the head.

Alternate hands. When you milk be sure not to touch the top part of your glans.

The first week do around 200 or 300 exercises at medium strength each day. That should take around 10 minutes. The second week do 300-500 exercises at medium to full strength .That should take around 20 minutes.

From the third week on do around 500 or more as strong as you can without experiencing pain or discomfort. This should take around 20 minutes.

I must remind you never to do the exercises while your penis is fully erect. Wait until the erection subsides.

PCs
Find your PC muscle when you pee. While peeing try to stop the urine flow in mid-stream. Did you feel the muscle contracting? That's your PC muscle.

PC clamps – the continuous contraction and relaxation of the PC. Start with 20 clamps, then 100 and then work up to 250. You should go on doing them for as long as you live. They'll prove to be useful in keeping away urinary incontinence. If you want to ..you can set a goal in achieving 1000 clamps/day.

Long squeeze – hold the PC contracted for as long as you can ( try keep it at least 30 seconds)

Stair steps – contract and relax the PC in increments. Contract it a few seconds then relax it for a few seconds.

PC flutter – Contract the PC as slow as you can. When you have completely tightened it, let go. You'll feel it fluttering at some point. While you do this breathe deep and slow .This exercises is great for pumping a little energy..so give it a go.

Push out PC – use your pubococcigeal muscle to use your muscle in the other direction when you pee and want to shoot out the last squirts.

Massage and warm down
Now that you're done massage your penis gently After that either wrap your penis in a hot towel as you did before starting to exercise or put it in a bowl of lukewarm water. Now you can dry your penis and you're done.

I think this is quite an amazing program. And I think that if you can dedicate your body 1 hour at the gym you most definitely can dedicate your penis the same amount of time.

You'll see that after a few months you'll be extremely happy with the results.

I've just started PE again and thought that as premature ejaculation is one of my problems I should start practicing edging again. So whilst having a wank I got right to the edge; I mean right to the edge. I got the whole rush just before you shoot your load and then I tensed my PC muscle as hard as I could and not a single drop came out. After that I had to wank for ages really hard to get to climax again. My whole body believed I had ejaculated already. That second wank was longer than I've ever gone before. ......Is that normal???? Also, when I eventually did cum it was a bit wierd, like the first bit was normal but some of it was really liquidy. I know that happens if you wank too much but the last time I did was 3 days ago or so.
