I've stressed you with the PC exercises so now I'm gonna' make it up to you guys by revealing a similar technique... the PG pump.

The Taoists invented it a long time ago and it's been used ever since to delay and/or prevent ejaculation.

It's slightly more difficult to apply than the PC pumps but hey... anything for longer lasting sex...right?

If you want to use this technique you should first know how it works.

When you are close to ejaculation, sexual fluids including semen, gather in your prostate and wait to be expelled by the involuntary contractions of the muscles surrounding the prostate.

Using the PG you'll stop the semen before it's expelled... neat huh?

OK, stop the semen... but how?
First you have to find the place where your prostate is closest to the skin and it can be felt from the outside of the body (the doctor can feel your prostate from the inside, during the rectal exam).

The point where the prostate is located closest to the skin is between the anus and testicles, slightly closer to the anus.

Finding “the spot” is quite easy... and pleasant if you ask me...
First masturbate until you get a firm erection. When you re erect, from a standing or kneeling position, put your hand between your legs from behind, and with three fingers press the area between the scrotum and anus.

Keep pressing until you get a good sensation and at the same time notice the glans pulsating and getting slightly bigger. Once you found the spot keep pressing slowly a few more times.

So now you found it... but what do you do with it?

It's best if you do this exercise until you master the technique and are able to stop ejaculation, and once you know how it works... you can take it to bed...

Now, some exercising :
It will take around 45 minutes of your time, but it will be worth it.

  • Get an erection just by masturbation. Try not to use visual stimuli (no magazines or movies) unless it's not working any other way.

  • Just as with the PCs, pay attention to all the levels of your pleasure scale, spending 2 minutes on each level and noticing what makes you get to the next level.

  • Once you have reached 6 on your pleasure scale stop stroking and press your PG for a couple of seconds. Then release a few seconds, then press again.

  • Repeat 5 times. If you did it right, you should go a few levels down on your pleasure scale and your erection might get a little smaller.

  • Now restart stimulation and repeat the PG press when you reach 7, 8 and so on.

  • Notice how far you can go and do the PG until you ejaculate.

  • Once the 45 minutes have passed... you can let it go...

  • The nasty thing about this technique is that it works better when you completely exit the vagina...
