Before you begin any enlargement exercise you should first use the Warm-up. You do this to enlarge the vessels that carry blood through your penis and get oxygenated blood in the penis.

As I said, you should do this technique before you engage in any other penis enlargement exercise . It will get the penis ready for “work”.

You can do the warm-up in 3 different ways, you choose which one is the best for you.

You should do any of these techniques between 5 and 15 minutes:

  • Put a washcloth or towel under warm water.

  • Then wrap the cloth around your penis.

  • Keep it there for a few minutes.

  • Repeat the action 3 times.
Turn on the water in your tub. Check how hot it is with your hands (it should have a warm and comfortable temperature). Now you can get in the bathtub and put your penis under the faucet.

Take a warm bath.

After you have done any of these techniques your penis should be pink and a little swollen.

how can I do this if we have no heater

You don't need a heater to do your warm ups/cool down exercises.  You can use a cloth soaked in hot water or sit in a hot bath.  You can even make a "rice sock" and put it in a microwave for a few seconds.
