I see the penis enlargement process as a trip. It might sound cheesy...but what can I do?

Begin by measuring your penis. Now measure the erect length. Make sure your erect penis is parallel to the floor. Now press the ruler to your pelvic bone (above the base of the penis) and measure from there to the tip of the penis. I suggest you measure the erect length while standing, with your knees locked , and holding the penis (parallel to the floor) behind the head on either side. Write the measurement. You don't have to have an erection to measure the erect length. You can keep your knees locked and pull out the penis in front of you as far as it goes. When you have done that measure the length. If you decide to use this method try moving your pelvis to see how the length varies. You might find this method of measuring more convenient than measuring the erection. Before you start the length measuring and the actual exercises it's best if you shave/cut your pubic hair. Now measure the girth It really helps if you have a healthy diet . You need nutrients to insure a faster growth rate. Make sure you have a correct mineral, vitamins and amino acids intake. Once the cells are split, your body will begin repairing them. The repair will make the cells even bigger and stronger than before. In order to insure a harmonious healing of the cells you MUST NOT apply too much pressure. If you apply more pressure than necessary, you'll cause too many cells to split and you'll get a distorted penis instead of a muscular-looking and healthy one. So be sure not to apply too much pressure. If you use the correct amount of pressure and do the exercises regularly you'll get amazing results. And those results will stay with you a life time. I can say anything to keep you performing the exercises, but the most important stimulus will be the growth you'll notice in almost no-time.
