I see the penis enlargement process as a trip. It might sound cheesy...but what can I do?

Just like a trip it requires previous preparation, planing. You first figure out where you want to go. In penis size you first figure out how big you want to be. Then you figure out how you're gonna' get to where you want to go and what you need to get there. Now let's say you have chosen a natural enlargement technique(as I suggested X+1 times).

Begin by measuring your penis.
First measure the flaccid size. For that you'll need a ruler. Place the ruler over your penis (in its flaccid state) and measure from the pubic bone to the tip. Write it down.

Now measure the erect length. Make sure your erect penis is parallel to the floor. Now press the ruler to your pelvic bone (above the base of the penis) and measure from there to the tip of the penis.

I suggest you measure the erect length while standing, with your knees locked , and holding the penis (parallel to the floor) behind the head on either side. Write the measurement.

You don't have to have an erection to measure the erect length. You can keep your knees locked and pull out the penis in front of you as far as it goes. When you have done that measure the length.

If you decide to use this method try moving your pelvis to see how the length varies. You might find this method of measuring more convenient than measuring the erection.

Before you start the length measuring and the actual exercises it's best if you shave/cut your pubic hair. It will not only make your penis look bigger but it will also prevent you from pulling hairs during exercising.

Now measure the girth
For that you'll need either a measuring tape or a piece of string. Measure the circumference of your erect penis at mid-shaft. If you use string mark the measurement on it. Write this too and the measuring is done (for now).

It really helps if you have a healthy diet . You need nutrients to insure a faster growth rate. Make sure you have a correct mineral, vitamins and amino acids intake. Drink water... lots of it!

Your state of mind during the growth process is very important too. Maintain a positive state of mind. Focus on your goal and don't give up. It seems that if you think the enlargement process won't work..it will take longer to get the results you want.

Dedication to your goal is important. Everyone I know emphasizes the importance of dedication to the program you chose and the performing of the exercises religiously 5 days per week.

If you experience pain or discomfort at any time, you must stop! Take a break from exercising. When you begin again, take it slow. Pace yourself. The goal is a bigger penis not a painful penis.

For the exercises to work they must split the cells in your penis. The cells are split by the tension, pulling,stretching expansion, pressure you will subject your penis to while exercising. Once the cells are split, your body will begin repairing them. The repair will make the cells even bigger and stronger than before.

In order to insure a harmonious healing of the cells you MUST NOT apply too much pressure. If you apply more pressure than necessary, you'll cause too many cells to split and you'll get a distorted penis instead of a muscular-looking and healthy one.

So be sure not to apply too much pressure. If you use the correct amount of pressure and do the exercises regularly you'll get amazing results. And those results will stay with you a life time.

I can say anything to keep you performing the exercises, but the most important stimulus will be the growth you'll notice in almost no-time.
