Strong Penis - Attain a Big Strong Penis with Natural Penis Enlargement Techniques
Let's get right into this one!
  • Your penis should be soft or semi-erect.

  • Grip just below the head of your penis with your thumb, index finger, middle finger and ring finger.

  • You should see the thumb and the index just below the head.

  • Now stretch it gently forward, as far as it feels comfortable.

  • Hold the penis stretched about 15-30 seconds.

  • Then let it go and start again.
I've heard people say that you should do this technique as often as you can, but I strongly recommend you don't overdo it with any of these techniques. As I said, you must also give your penis time to heal nicely. So I'll say it again:

Don't do anything that causes you pain and don't do the exercises continuously, because if you do that you might not only see no growth, but you might also injure your penis.

Now here's a bonus. These are two techniques that will:
a) give your penis a bigger mushroom shape head.

b) give you hard as steel erections.

You choose what you want to do with your penis. If you only want a mushroom head do the first exercise, if you're happy with the head but want a strong penis just do the second exercise. Or you can give your penis a complete make-over and do them both.

Now let's get to the first exercise. I like to call it “How to give your penis the head it has always wanted”. Stroke the penis until it gets very hard.

Put your palm around the shaft and squeeze as much as it feels comfortable with an underhand grip.

Now start moving your hand towards the head. As you do that, the head will become swollen and get darker because blood will fill it.

When you have reached the area just below the head stop sliding your hand further and just keep it there for a few seconds.

After that release the squeeze and start over.

Do the exercise for about 3 minutes.

I call this one “The strong head” because I too many “You men think with your dick”...

Stroke the penis until it gets very hard.

Put your palm around the shaft and squeeze as much as it feels comfortable with an underhand grip and just keep the hand squeezed around the penis for a few seconds.

After that release the squeeze for a few seconds and then start squeezing it again.

Do this about 3 minutes.
