If there's one muscle in the body I can't stop talking about... it's the PC muscle.

The only reason I keep talking about it is because it's the muscle that helps you do lots of useful things... like when you can't find a toilet and have to hold until you can actually pee (it's the PC that keeps it in, lol), or like, when you're on the first day with the most beautiful woman you've ever seen and you suddenly feel the need to pass gas just as she's about to kiss you (and we all know that's the worst time one can scream “Run for the love of God!” and rush to the toilet)... (yep, the PC gets you through the kiss by preventing the unfortunate passing of gas), or, one of my all time favorites... makes the penis bob up and down... the greatest party trick ever...

Now the “boring” things the PC muscle can do (if EXERCISED CORECTLY):

  • cure impotence,

  • prevent cancer,

  • delay orgasm,

  • give better orgasms,

  • make you ejaculate further,

  • have orgasms without ejaculation
...and I could go on... but this stuff is not as cool as bobbing the penis or as useful as stopping the passage of gas... or maybe it is??? Hmmm...

As I'm sure you already master the cool and amazing things you can do using the PC, I'm gonna' tell you about what's left... the boring and completely useless things you can do with the PC...

Here are four PC exercises that will help you do the boring stuff I told you about.

  • Contract the PC and keep it squeezed as long as you can.

  • If you feel it relax, just squeeze it back. You should be able to start with keeping the PC squeezed between 4 and 6 seconds.

  • If you keep working the PC you'll eventually get to keep it contracted 15 to 20 seconds.

  • So what do you get out of keeping the PC squeezed?
    Well... more powerful orgasms, the ability to keep going even after orgasm, your erections will be harder... just stuff like that... that you don't really need... right?

You mustn't push yourself to do the exercises. Do them often, but not too often, just do them so that you're not uncomfortable or sore the next day.

If you do get sore - STOP - wait until the soreness passes, there's no point in stressing the muscle.

Now, some other PC exercises:

  • Keep the PC contracted 3 seconds.

  • Then release and take a break for a few seconds.

  • Then repeat.

  • Do as many repetitions as you feel comfortable doing.

  • Don't push it when you first get started with the exercise.

  • You should be able to safely perform 25 at first, and then work up to 100... but only if it feels comfortable.

  • Squeeze and relax the muscle fast... as fast as you can.

  • Begin with how many you can do and work up to 50, then 150.

  • You'll eventually experience stronger orgasms.

  • Keep the PC contracted for as long as you can.

  • When you can't hold the squeeze anymore, squeeze once, fast and hard.
This is one repetition. After each repetition take a 10 seconds break.
Don't do too many of these... you should begin with 5 repetitions and if you want to, work up to 15 or 20 repetitions.
