Here are some exercises you can perform not only to enlarge your penis but also to have a strong and healthy penis. I'll give you a tip (but I guess you already thought about it)... once you've mastered the technique maybe it's time to sow it to your girlfriend... I'm sure she'll love to help you in such a noble quest...the perfect penis. Now get to work!!!

Dry Milking
Dry milking is an alternative to... you've guessed it... wet milking. The advantages of using dry milking are that you don't need preparation for it, it doesn't get as messy as in wet milking and, 'cos you don't use lubricants , it's less likely you get sexually stimulated.

Dry milking is the pulling outward with the thumb and forefinger, over the penis. When your penis is semi-erect form the “OK” sign and start pulling from the base of your penis to about half way. That was a repetition. After a while you can work on the middle of the shaft. It's up to you to adjust the force of the squeeze and of the pull, depending on how comfortable you feel with a stronger pull and ... how tired your hand gets.

Here's a tip: you can do dry milking in bed. Try lying on your back, bend one knee and start milking in that direction.

The “Uli” Stretch
Start with the forming of the OK sign at the base of your penis. You can also try to squeeze the shaft between your index and your middle finger. Instead of pulling with the ring formed by your fingers ,the “Uli”Stretch is the squeezing and twisting of your fingers along the shaft.

The Power Squeeze
Get you penis into a semi-erect state, now grab the base with fingers forming the OK sign. Now try squeezing firmly and move squeezed hand about one inch towards the head and hold there for two seconds. Repeat five times holding 2 seconds and the 6th time instead of holding for 2 seconds hlod until the count of ten.

The German's Technique (pull-ups)
Proceed with caution!!!! Do not apply too much pressure on the penis while performing this technique. If you squeeze too hard the small blood vessels in you penis might burst. If that happens you'll see small red spots on the glans. They will go away in a few days.

  • Sit in a comfortable chair and lean back.
  • Now grab the glans with your thumb and index finger and start stretching the penis as far as possible in the direction in which it points when it's erect.
  • Remember the PC muscle? Now is the time to contract it while you keep stretching the penis.
  • Hold the stretch of the penis and the PC contracted at maximum tension for a moment. To increase the pull tilt your pelvis.
  • Then slowly relax but keep pulling until you're back in the fully stretched position. The optimum number of repetitions is 20. After the 20 repetitions try doing the same exercise but this time try to increase the resistance. Do 15 repetitions.
Try to focus on increasing resistance rather than doing lots of repetitions. You can stop if you feel uncomfortable but it is best to stop when you feel the muscles exhausted. When you have finished the sets grab the glans with your thumb and index finger just s you did when you began the exercise and stretch two times as far as possible,holding each stretch for 1 minute.

When you have finished the last two stretches do a short massage to get your penis flaccid.

Do this exercise one day and pause the next day. It should be one day exercise and pause the next day. As you get used to the exercises try to increase the force and experiment with variations like pulling in different directions.

does the "dry milking" help getting your penis thicker,and if so by how much?

Yes, probably just as much as using lubrication, it's just a variation of the exercise.  Since no lube is involved you're pulling on the skin more which will stretch the tissue and create more of a foreskin effect over time.  I'd recommend doing both exercises, trading off every few days or so.

i dont understand these techniques, while doing them am i suppose to get hard? how do i know if i am doing the techniques right?

For stretches your penis is supposed to be flaccid (unless otherwise indicated). For jelqs and squeezes, you should have a semi-erection (about 50% erect).
