Strong Penis - Attain a Big Strong Penis with Natural Penis Enlargement Techniques
It's an old method and the fact that it's still known and used should give you and idea about it's efficiency.

It's also called milking. You'll get amazing results with this technique.

It's best that you perform the milking while in an upright position rather than laying down. The vertical position of your body will aid in keeping the blood in your penis.

Apply a big amount of lubricant on your palms and rub it all over the penis (you can also use baby oil or Vaseline. Now massage your penis until it becomes almost fully erect. Put some more lubricant on your palms .

With you left hand, make an OK sign with the thumb and forefinger. Now with the thumb and forefinger grip tightly the base of your penis. Your thumb should be on the top of the penis and your index finger underneath the penis. Keep a tight grip and slide your hand towards the glans(head) of the penis and pull as you go.

You'll notice how the head of your penis gets bigger as your hand gets closer to it. Now do the same thing with your right hand. The exercise should look like “milking”, with you continuing the act with one hand first, then with the other.

It is very important to keep a tight grip on your penis with the thumb and forefinger of each hand. The head of the penis expands because it fills with blood each time you repeat the action.

It is important not to have a full erection while you are milking. Do not ejaculate. When you feel the need to ejaculate stop and wait until the urge subsides. This is quite important, as you will get a sense of self-control and restraint.

Milking works by stimulating the blood flow in your penis , thus and increased supply of blood is temporarily trapped inside it. The cells will expand and the penis will not only be longer, but also thicker.

You will begin to notice improvements after a few sessions.

The results become permanent after 3-4 months but you shouldn't stop doing the exercises. By going on with the Jelqing even after the first months you'll make sure you have a strong penis. And a healthy one too.

This technique is very effective, as it enlarges your penis both in length and in girth, making your erections harder and allowing you to fully enjoy your new strong penis.

After 30 minutes of milking you 'll feel your penis is warm, bigger than normal and is tingly.

The feeling is normal because it shows that you have fatigued and broken down the erectile tissue. The erectile tissue will grow back larger and stronger, Come to think of it, it's exactly what you do when you exercise your muscles.

You might not be able to get an erection the first few hours after a milking session. That happens because the tissue is very fatigued . It just needs a little time to recover. Once it does, you'll be able to enjoy a fuller erection. So this is quite normal...

Long ago fathers would teach their teen sons how to do it and the boys continued the practice until they achieved incredible penis lengths and girths.

Though starting young has its advantages, it doesn't matter at what age you start practicing Jelqing, you'll get the results you want anyway. The thing with jelqing since a younger age is that by the time you actually get to “show” your penis in the locker-room or in the bedroom it will be big, strong and healthy.

And now, the actual technique”

  • Apply lubricant on the flaccid penis, from the base toward the head.

  • Be sure to keep the penis thoroughly lubricated during the whole process, if not the friction can cause burns or bruising of the flesh.

  • Once you made sure the penis is properly lubricated use your thumb and forefinger to firmly stretch the penis downward and a little outward, alternating hands in a “milking“ action.

  • You should do this until the penis gets slightly swollen , that is until your penis is semi-erect.

  • Now, with your thumb and forefinger forming the OK sign, repeat the moves, form the base to just below the head, but a little more firmly and with a little more force. Milking should be a rhythmic motion, performed swiftly, using one hand and then the other.
You must be careful not to apply too much pressure, not squeeze to hard or pull too hard.

You must also focus on not getting a full erection while you exercise. The best results are obtained when the penis is semi-erect. If you perform it on the fully erect penis you'll most likely rupture the tiny blood vessels in the penis.

If you're going to shave, just do it at your normal shower or bathing time.  You do not need to shave before exercises, but being neat and trimmed will keep excessive hair from getting caught in your hands and cause painful hair pulling.
