Strong Penis - Attain a Big Strong Penis with Natural Penis Enlargement Techniques
Here are the promised Jelqing variations. Before beginning you should be absolutely convinced that you want a bigger penis and that you will dedicate a part of your time to performing these exercises in order to obtain it. You will be performing these exercises 5 days/week.

If you quit after 1 week I can assure you you won't have any visible results.

If you go on with Jelqing up to three-four months I guarantee that you'll be happy with the results.

1. OK. The first exercise I'm going to present is a simple one. If you perform it right your penis will become longer and thicker in about three months. In three months you can add half of the length you penis is now.

For example: if you have a four inch penis at the end of three months you'll most likely have a six inch penis. Neat huh?

Don't worry if you don't notice results after a month. As I told you before results are usually visible after a two or three months.

I suggest you write down the measurements of your penis before beginning the exercises and to keep measuring your penis as you continue with the exercise. That way you'll have an idea of your average growth rate... not to mention the reassurance that your penis is actually growing.

Now let's get started:

  1. Begin by lubricating your penis (use lubricant, Vaseline or baby oil).

  2. Massage to a semi-erect state.

  3. Now that your penis is semi-erect form an OK sign with the thumb and forefinger of your right hand.

  4. With the OK sign grab tightly the base of your penis.

  5. Start pulling firmly but gently from the base of the penis to the tip. Stretch down and out.

  6. While your hand is moving toward the head of the penis observe how the head expands. It expands because it is becoming full with blood.

  7. When you have reached the glans with your right hand begin doing the same thing with your left hand.

  8. Start from the base and pull gently and firmly towards the head.

  9. Alternate hands.

  10. When you milk be sure not to touch the top part of your glans.
Keep your penis in a semi-erect state. If you get a full erection stop until it subsides or squeeze the penis to discourage the it. If you do that you'll not only get the best out of milking but also get some exercise in self restraint.

I suggest you follow this Jelqing program:

WEEK NUMBER OF STROKES/DAY STRENGHT TIME
I 200 - 300 medium 10 minutes
II 300 - 500 medium - full 15 minutes
II - until you reach your goal 500 or more as strong as you can 20 minutes

2. For this technique your penis has to be flaccid.

  1. Rub lubricant on the palm of your right hand and spread it on your flaccid penis from the root down to the head.

  2. Use your thumb and forefinger to stretch the penis down and slightly out. Use a gentle but firm grip.

  3. Now repeat the milking action but this time with your left hand. It should look like a “milking action”

  4. Keep doing this until your penis is half erect. Once it is semi-erect continue with the same action but use a firmer move.

  5. Repeat 100 times.
You should take it slow the first 10 days continuing to do 100 repetitions. In time you should get to 200 repetitions.

While performing this exercises you will notice the glans will become red and swollen.

That happens because blood is forced to that part of your penis and that is our goal so it's a normal thing.

3. This technique almost like Jelqing only without the lubricant. It's called “dry milking“.

It involves only the pulling and squeezing of the penis but not the sliding of the fingers over it (I explained that if you don't use lubricant you might get burns or soreness of the skin).

When you can't milk the whole penis in one stroke try working on the base and the middle separately.

If you experience soreness take a day off.

You might want to try dry milking before you get out of bed 'cos that's when the testosterone levels are sky-high.

1. You already know how it works... so let's get to it.

  • Apply lubricant on the palm of your hand and rub on the whole surface of the penis.

  • Get your penis in a semi-erect state. Now rub some lubricant on your palms and form the OK sign.

  • With your hands forming the OK sign grab the base of the penis and grip tightly.

  • Now slide down ,keeping a tight grip and pulling on your way to the head.

  • Now do the same using the other hand.

  • Keep alternating hands at a medium to fast pace.
Remember to keep your penis in a half erect state. Do not Jelq if you have a full erection. Just wait for it to subside.

Do 100 to 200 repetitions the first week. That should take around 10 minutes . After the first week has passed try to do around 20 minutes.

5. This technique will give you a bigger glans(head of the penis). It is called the “Tao” technique.
Lubricate your penis and your palms, form the OK sign and start Jelqing, only this time using a slower, more gentle grip and movement.

Push the fingers forming the OK sign towards the head of the penis. That will push the blood there and create a sustained pressure.

Hold the position for about 10 seconds. When the head gets hard you can release the squeeze. It's also good if you squeeze the shaft to make the blood go to the shaft.

Repeat as many times as you wish but exercise only under 10 minutes.

This will enlarge the head of your penis, giving it a mushroom aspect by forcing the blood in the head.
