You must have read quite a lot if you got this far on the site...there are some things which I can not stress enough.
If this is the first page you're reading you'll read here some of the basics in penile enlargement and overall sex-life improvements.
Proper lubrication It's up to you to choose which lubricant to use. Some recommend Baby-Oil or Vaseline, I'm partial to using sex lubricants (they come in handy if you have a girlfriend come over too). I don't recommend using soap or shampoo, they might produce excessive dryness of the skin and a considerable amount of pain, if the soap reaches the opening of the urethra. So I suggest you experiment with lubrication until you'll find what works for you.
Pain
Bruising and red spots If small red spots appear on your penis after exercising, you most likely used too much pressure while performing the exercises. The red spots you notice on the surface of your penis are broken blood vessels. Why did this happen??? Because you squeezed too hard, pulled too hard, didn't do a proper warm-up. Wait until the spots disappear (it should take 1 week or less) and when you restart exercising don't push your penis further than it feels comfortable. That means: warm it up properly, lube it up properly, don't squeeze it like it's a can of beer, use a gentle and firm squeeze when required, don't stretch it like it's a gummy bear... it's not... it's a living feeling organ of your body...so only stretch it as far as it will go without causing pain...you should only feel a “stretch” sensation... not a “rip out your guts” one.
Different exercises So do the exercises as instructed, use one exercise for each feature you want to give your penis. One exercise for length, one for girth, for strong erections and soon. You can make your own program, but include in it different exercises. You should do the easy exercises at first, until your penis gets used to exercising and don't do more than 15 minutes per day until you feel comfortable with increasing the exercising time.

Full erections Order of the exercises. There's no order... just do them as you feel... the only settled thing is the warm-up and the warm-down. Just do them. Then you can go on with the exercises you chose. You might want to try warm-ups then stretching then Jelqing. Then warm down.
