You must have read quite a lot if you got this far on the site...there are some things which I can not stress enough.

If this is the first page you're reading you'll read here some of the basics in penile enlargement and overall sex-life improvements.

Proper lubrication
Every exercise you perform must be done only after you have lubricated your penis. This prevents chaffing and raw skin.

It's up to you to choose which lubricant to use. Some recommend Baby-Oil or Vaseline, I'm partial to using sex lubricants (they come in handy if you have a girlfriend come over too).

I don't recommend using soap or shampoo, they might produce excessive dryness of the skin and a considerable amount of pain, if the soap reaches the opening of the urethra.

So I suggest you experiment with lubrication until you'll find what works for you.

Pain
Pain is under no circumstances normal. If you experience pain or excessive soreness you should stop all exercising, read the instructions one more time, and when the pain is gone you can resume the exercises. Pain is caused by excessive force used during exercising. Please, don't stretch, squeeze, pull too hard.

Bruising and red spots
Some bruising might appear when you first start the exercises. It's most likely you didn't use enough lubrication or you squeezed too hard. If bruising occurs, it's safer to stop exercising until your penis heals.

If small red spots appear on your penis after exercising, you most likely used too much pressure while performing the exercises. The red spots you notice on the surface of your penis are broken blood vessels. Why did this happen???

Because you squeezed too hard, pulled too hard, didn't do a proper warm-up. Wait until the spots disappear (it should take 1 week or less) and when you restart exercising don't push your penis further than it feels comfortable.

That means: warm it up properly, lube it up properly, don't squeeze it like it's a can of beer, use a gentle and firm squeeze when required, don't stretch it like it's a gummy bear... it's not... it's a living feeling organ of your body...so only stretch it as far as it will go without causing pain...you should only feel a “stretch” sensation... not a “rip out your guts” one.

Different exercises
You should use different types of exercises if you want your penis to grow and develop. You know that when you go to the gym you want to tone your whole body, not just your ass or your pectorals . With the penis you should apply the same philosophy. You want a harmonious penis, both long and thick and with a healthy and good looking head, not a long noodle.

So do the exercises as instructed, use one exercise for each feature you want to give your penis. One exercise for length, one for girth, for strong erections and soon. You can make your own program, but include in it different exercises.

You should do the easy exercises at first, until your penis gets used to exercising and don't do more than 15 minutes per day until you feel comfortable with increasing the exercising time.

Visualize your goal
You read right, visualizing isn't just hippie stuff any more. When you visualize yourself with a big penis (and everything that comes with it) you'll go on with the program you chose until there'll be no need to visualize a big penis... because you'll have one.

Breathing
Funny... right? Breathing... I'm sure you were already breathing while exercising, but you may have not breathed the right way. Deep slow breathing not only gets more oxygen into the blood system, it also relaxes and gets you focused on whatever exercise you're doing.

PC
The world-famous PC muscle... just surfing this site you've seen it mentioned over and over... and over... I can't help mentioning it because I want you to be fully aware of the benefits you'll have if you give your PC a proper workout. Strong erections, control over ejaculations, a healthy prostate... I'm sure that, by now, you know the benefits better than I do...

Full erections
Full erections are one of the biggest enemies a man can have... while exercising of course... Only a small number of exercises are performed with the penis being fully erect, so if you see “a semi-erect penis” or “a flaccid penis” in the instructions get a semi-erect penis/flaccid penis as required, not a fully erect penis. When the exercise is done on a fully erect penis you'll read “fully erect penis” not semi erect, not flaccid, but “fully erect”...If you do get a dreaded full erection when you're not suppose to exercise on one just wait until it goes away. I'm telling you that because the penis is very sensitive while fully erect.

Order of the exercises.

There's no order... just do them as you feel... the only settled thing is the warm-up and the warm-down. Just do them. Then you can go on with the exercises you chose. You might want to try warm-ups then stretching then Jelqing. Then warm down.

Recovery time
Be very careful to have 2 days of pausing form the exercises. The break will allow the penis to heal. If you perform the exercises correctly you should see improvements quite soon.

Patience
For starters set a reachable goal. You won't see gains after 1 week even if you exercise day and night. Put the penis at work, but give it time to rest too. You'll reach your goal and you won't be disappointed.
