Hey Alex!! I started my penis exercise program about a week ago. I feel it's GREAT!! But I do have a few questions for you . . . (1) I started with milking 100 times x 5 times(500) per day and in the evenings just before I went to bed, is this o.k.? (2) I wasn't sure if I should pull the penis with my hands using the (ok) sign downwards, straight or upwards? Which direction is best? But I do it standing as you had instructed. (3) After I read your milking method I noticed that I have been milking over the tip of my glans, is this o.k. or should I do it only up to the glans as you have recommended? (1) Why are you doing so much? If you're a beginner, you should be following the beginner's course as listed without making any modifications to maximize your gains and to reduce your potential for injury.  Remember, more is not better! 

(2) Milking downwards will give you the best stretch.

(3) You can milk past the glans if you're comfortable doing so, but it's not necessary.
