The vulva and the breasts
This is an anatomy lesson that I think will do you good. So, the vulva is basically made of :
The labia majora extend on the sides of the vulva and are covered with hair. It's the labia majora that covers, either partially or totally, the other parts that comprise the vulva. The color of the labia majora is usually close to that of the skin color of the woman on the outside, and on the inside it's color varies form pink to brownish. The labia minora are the two folds of skin from within the labia majora and they extend on each side of the vaginal opening. It's not uncommon that the labia minora protrude from the labia majora, that is not abnormal. The vulval vestibule is the part between the glans of the clitoris and the opening of the vagina. The clitoris is positioned where the labia minora meet, at the front of the vulva. The portion you can see of the clitoris is called clitoral glans. The clitoral glans is covered by the clitoral hood. The clitoral hood can cover the glans partially or totally. The urethral opening is just below the clitoris. The vaginal opening is placed close to the back end of the vulva. The vaginal opening is covered partially by the hymen. The hymen can either break during vaginal intercourse, during exercise, or it can be so small that it's not noticeable. The area between the anus and the vaginal opening is the perineum. It can break during childbirth or, to prevent that, it can be incised by the doctor. Though it's not pretty, now I'm going to take you on a journey through the breast. I'll do it because in order to please a woman you need more than a big penis... of course, the big penis helps... but you need to know what to do, where to touch what to say to make her feel good. After all, even if you don't plan to spend the rest of your life with her you at least want her to say that you're an amazing lover. Now let's begin our anatomy lesson. The breast is made from between 15 and 20 lobes, each one made of glandular tissue. Though the number of lobes differs from woman to woman it doesn't influence the size of the breasts. Each one of the 15-20 lobes contains thousands of glands. These glands are called alveoli and they are connected to each other by little ducts. To get and idea of how they look like imagine they connect like grapes. When a woman is lactating the alveoli produce the milk. The lobes all connect to between 4 and 18 lactiferous ducts. Each of the lactiferous ducts has a opening on the surface of the nipple. Inside the breast the lactiferous ducts get larger and they form lactiferous sinuses. One sinus is between 2 and 4 mm in diameter. Covering the internal structure is fatty tissue and connective tissue, which in turn are covered by skin. How much fatty tissue is present on the breast depends on the amount of body fat, age, heredity. The breast is supported and given its shape by Cooper's ligaments and the skin covering the breast. In the center of the breast you'll find the nipples. They're projections of the skin , darker than the rest of the skin, the darker color is given by brown enumelanin and pheomelanin. The color and texture of the nipple also differ form woman to woman. The nipples are surrounded by the areola, which is the pigmented zone. The mechanism of nipple erection is different from the mechanism of the penile erection. The nipples get erect from stimulation or sexual arousal, cold, breastfeeding and the excitation is triggered by muscle cells located in the nipple. Pregnancy and lactation increase the size of the nipples and also the coloration of the nipples. Some nipples can be flat or are projected inward. Even if this situation occurs it doesn't negatively affect the breastfeeding ability. It's also good to know that breast size not only differs from woman to woman, but also from one breast of the same woman to the other. When you talk about women, about breasts you have to talk about bras too. The bra was invented in the 19th century, and it quickly replaced the corset. But why do women wear bras? Well, first of all the bra is a symbol of womanhood, second of all, the bra has been invested by society with a sexy aura, and third of all... to make the breasts look better. The bra was design to elevate and support the breast, and not only that, but in those prude times it was also used to hide the nipples. For a bra to fit the best it should stay horizontally and comfortably around the body, the wires in the front must lie against the rib cage and they should not feel uncomfortable. The part at the end of the bra on top of the breast must be smooth and not visible. Though most women wear bras because of the shape they give breasts some still wear bras as a means of preventing the aging and “sagging” of the breasts. That has not been confirmed by any doctor, and in fact some studies show that wearing a bra can actually contribute to the deterioration of the breast. However the bra seems to relief pain of the breasts which can occur if the woman is involved in physical activities, and it can help prevent macerations and rashes when worn by women with big breasts... The best bra is the one that does not alter the shape of the breast. Cotton sport bras are the best choice because they don't constrict and constraint the breasts. After all is said and done it should be each woman's choice weather to wear a bra or not. The bra, no matter how well it fits, prevents the breasts from moving naturally and do nothing to encourage blood flow through the breasts. If you want or have to wear a bra at least chose a cotton bra and try to only wear it as long as it's necessary, don't wear it at home or during sleep. Not only does the bra do nothing for your health, but also... any man would first look at a woman that doesn't wear a bra. Most men like big breasts, just as most women like bigger penises. Notice that I said most men and most women. In my humble opinion breast size should not matter. Why? Well, because the breast is not a penis as you might have noticed by now, it doesn't have to be inserted anywhere and the size of the breast is not related to the quality or quantity of milk produced.
Why are big breasts so important? At what point that changed??? I don't know. All I know is that breast size is “out there”, talked about, augmented. I doubt that now big breasts are so talked about because of their function in child feeding. Big breasts are now some sort of sexual objects, and the bearer of big breasts are in consequence seen as highly sexual. Bigger breast actually seem to be less sensitive to stimulation than small breasts. That's because the same amount of nerve endings is spread over a larger area. So the thing is... if you ignored your girlfriends breasts just because they were small it's time to reconsider. You should also take into consideration the fact that many women might actually like the thought of their breasts being stimulated rather than the actual stimulation. Let me give you an example based on what I noticed: I saw that women who like to wear cleavages, no matter what size their breasts also like to have their breasts stimulated.
