I'll start the exercises as you described in easy step-by-step way. but i'm not clear about how to perform PC exercises!! i.e. BY WHICH FINGERS OR HOW TO GRAB THE PC MUSCLES & IN WHICH DIRECTION OR HOW TO CONTRACT THE PC MUSCLES. pardon me if my questions r like a fool, but i really want to know these.
Alex's answer: You cannot grab the PC muscles. You can tell you're moving the right muscles if you can consciously raise and lower your erections. 1
