The uber-cool thing about the PCs is that you can do them anywhere, anytime for as long as you want to. It's best if you do the PCs daily.

Now here's another reminder on doing the PCs :

PC clamps
the continuous contraction and relaxation of the PC. Start with 20 clamps, then 100 and then work up to 250. You should go on doing them for as long as you live. They'll prove to be useful in keeping away urinary incontinence.

If you want to... you can set a goal in achieving 1000 clamps/day.

Long squeeze
hold the PC contracted for as long as you can ( try keep it at least 30 seconds)

Stair steps
contract and relax the PC in increments. Contract it a few seconds then relax it for a few seconds.

PC flutter
Contract the PC as slow as you can. When you have completely tightened it, let go. You'll feel it fluttering at some point. While you do this breathe deep and slow.

This exercises is great for pumping a little energy... so give it a go.

Push out PC
use your pubococcigeal muscle to use your muscle in the other direction when you pee and want to shoot out the last squirts.

Lucky for us, we can do the PCs anywhere sine it's not sexually arousing. Women however need privacy for these exercises since for them it's more arousing.

It's amazing how many benefits these exercises have on both male and female users:
less chances for urinary incontinence, prolonged erections, the ability to control your erection, far more powerful orgasms, the pleasure you can give your partner if you use them during sex.

Hi, this is a great site. I'm going through the site to get the clear idea about what to do and how. I'll start the exercises as you described in easy step-by-step way. but i'm not clear about how to perform PC exercises!! i.e. BY WHICH FINGERS OR HOW TO GRAB THE PC MUSCLES & IN WHICH DIRECTION OR HOW TO CONTRACT THE PC MUSCLES. pardon me if my questions r like a fool, but i really want to know these.

You cannot grab the PC muscles.  You can tell you're moving the right muscles if you can consciously raise and lower your erections.
