You know that if you stop eating you die or if you eat inappropriate food you either get fat either lack the energy to get to work and stay awake during the day let alone have a good sexual performance.
What you eat is transformed by the body in energy. You need that energy to cope with the hectic pace of your daily routine. But what do you eat? What's good for your health? What's bad for your health? Basically you need a balanced diet containing fruits , vegetables (green and leafy are the best ), protein ( chicken and fish). Fruit or vegetable juice is also a very good choice. If you want to eat meat i suggest you eat lean meat. Organic food is better than non-organic, as it doesn't contain pesticides and preservatives. A balanced diet should contain about 40% protein (chicken, fish), 30% fat (nuts, avocado) , 30% carbohydrates. You shouldn't eat food additives (Mono-Sodiumglutinate, Aspartam, food dyes, hydrolized animal/ vegetable protein), preservatives ( Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Benzoate etc.), refined sugar (sugar, candy, soft drinks etc. ) Processed foods are quite full of the “don't eat” substances I told you about before. Try to avoid anything that's canned or cooked in aluminum and that contains fluoride. You should also get used to reading the labels of the food you buy. If you can't read it you might not ant to eat it either.
