As the PGs might be a little uncomfortable to perform I decided to take you guys through the PC exercising program... again...
What's different this time is the amount of information I'm going to provide. So instead of just telling you how to apply one PC exercise, I'll tell you how you can apply all the PC exercises. It's up to you to try them and figure out what's the best one for you. I said it before, I like the PCs more because they're more comfortable to perform and not visible where the PGs involve a lot more actions and your partner seeing you put your hand between your legs from behind, and unless she's really in-love she might not find that so sexy. OK... you already know where your PC muscle is located and you basically know how to use it. But how do the PC exercises work? They stop the ejaculation before it's too late. When you feel that you can't last a second longer, inside your body the semen from your testicles goes to the prostate... and from the prostate... through the urethra and .... you know... into the world... The key to successful usage of the PC pumps is the thorough knowledge of your pleasure scale and of the point in which you can stop the semen before it reaches the prostate. Of course, before you can stop ejaculation you must know how to do PC exercises. After you've mastered the noble art of PC exercising, you can put it to work in your (and your partner's) advantage. But enough talking. I think I've told you enough about PC exercises. If you've started doing them, by now your PC should be the fittest muscle in your body. So now you're fit enough to choose your own PC exercise. It will help you delay ejaculation. This exercise involves stopping any stimulation, breathing and PC contractions. Once you know how to do this when you're alone... you'll know how to do it when your lady friend is introduced in the equation The whole exercise should last about 45 minutes. You'll have to get an erection without any magazines or movies (you know what kind of magazines and movies I'm talking about), just by using your hand. Now, from the flaccid state, start stroking until you get an erection. Try to take in all the feelings you're feeling while you stroke. Remember about the excitation levels? 1 should be the lowest level and you should be semi-erect and 10 is the highest level and the level at which ejaculation can no longer be stopped. It's up to you to figure out where the levels between 1 and 10 are for you. You must slowly advance through the levels. You don't want to ejaculate before trying the techniques. When I say slowly, I mean you should stay 2 minutes at least on each level. When you decide to move up one level notice what makes you get to that level (you stroke faster, have a firmer grip, think about something very pleasant).
