Penis pumps costs between 20 and 300$.

I think that penis pumps with pressure release valves are slightly better because you can release the pressure whenever you feel the need to.

If you purchase a penis pump you want it to be 1 quarter of an inch to half an inch bigger than the penis while it's in its erect state. Don't buy a pump that covers your testicles too.

The vacuum pressure expands the cells in the penis so more blood is allowed in but the cells are not permanently enlarged using penis pumps.
