These two exercises are designed to add girth to your penis and give it a wider, mushroom shaped head I've heard many men say that their lovers are turned on by the look of their wide penis and the shape of the glans, and not only were they turned on by the look of the penis, but they were driven mad with desire by the feelings such a penis offered them.
First I'm gonna' tell you guys how to perform the head reshaping exercise... Why? Not only because the head of the penis is the easiest part to enlarge, but also because the exercise by which you will enlarge it is very pleasant to perform. So here goes. I suggest you use lubrication when performing the exercise because, as you know, the head of the penis is a very sensitive area. So after lubricating get a full blown size erection. Once you got it just right, start rubbing the head until it gets red and swollen, using circular motions. Now, with your fingers, rub the head firmly, with strokes that lead away from the body. Stretch the head as far as it will go without causing any pain or discomfort. Do alternations between these two exercises, the circling and stretching I mean, but don't stretch the head for more than 2 seconds. You can choose to do this exercise last in your routine... go out with a bang... but even if you choose to do so, you'll still have to finish the session with hot wraps. Don't go with this exercise for more than 5 minutes if you've just started it... you don't want to stress the head too much. If you get tired of only doing circular motions, you can always massage the glans anyway you know it will feel good and increase arousal thus increasing the blood flow to the head. Now that you know how to get a bigger, better looking head, let's work a little on giving your glans a make-over too. If you want your glans to be wider... this is the exercise for you. You'll need some lubrication and a semi-erect penis. If you got them both, you can get down to business. Grab the semi-erect penis at the base with both hands, between your thumbs and the rest of your fingers. Your thumbs should be on the top of the penis and the fingers on the underside. Now start moving the hands towards the head, squeezing as you're going towards the head. Don't squeeze too hard, this shouldn't be painful. One move should take 5 seconds, so take your time. As with any other exercise... don't overdo it. Begin with 50 strokes, and in time, you may want to work up to 100 repetitions.
