Before starting with penis enlargement I didn't exercise my body... not even 1 day in my life...
When I got into penis enlargement exercises I also tried to have a healthy life-style. So I started eating healthier, going to the gym, jogging... and, of course, exercising my penis. When I went to the gym the first time I found out a few tips that saved me a lot of pain. First of all I found out that before exercising I should do a warm-up, to get the blood going a little faster and relax the muscles. Then I found out that I must never exercise too much, do the same thing over and over again or push myself over my limit of comfort. The same rules apply in penis enlargement. For now I'm only gonna tell you about the warm-up, how it should be performed and how often it should be performed.
You can do some gentle stretching and then hot-wraps. Or you can just do the hot-wraps.
I suggest you check the heat of the water before you wrap your penis... nobody must get burned!!! The water must have a comfortable temperature (check the temperature with your hand). Let the water run until you can comfortably keep your hand underneath it, then soak a towel or washcloth in the water, then wrap it around your penis. When it gets cold repeat the process. Or, if you like to take baths, you can take a hot bath of about 10 minutes. Then dry the penis thoroughly and you're ready to exercise.
