4 stretching techniques

The stretching exercises are used to give the penis some extra length. It has the same effects like the stretching you do at the gym. It will give you a longer penis by stretching of the erectile tissue inside it.
Choose one of these techniques, whichever you think suits you , and include it in your daily workout routine.
Do not squeeze too tight. If you do that you'll cut the blood flow to the penis.
The first technique b) Pull the penis straight out front .Stretch it as far as you can so that you don't feel any pain or discomfort. After 1 minute pull a little further. Do it for 5 minutes ,after each minute stretching a bit further. c) Now ,to get the blood flowing, grab the penis by the base and twirl it, giving it a circular motion. Do it about 30 times. Do the pulling and twirling but each time you stretch the penis do it in a different direction (up, twirling,down,twirling,left, twirling,right, twirling.) d) You've done the pulling 5 ways for 5 minutes each, pull the penis in front of you like you did at the beginning of the exercise. Keep it stretched for 1 minute, then jerk it outward gently.
This exercise is used as a replacement for penis weights.
The second technique b) Now pull straight in front , just as far as you feel a painless stretch in your penis. Hold that position between 30 seconds to 1 minute then rest for 1 minute. c) You should do about 10 to 20 minute sessions that are comprised of both stretching and pausing.
The third technique Well... here goes... Breathe in through the nose. When the air reaches the throat swallow and press the air to the stomach. When it reaches the the lower abdomen, push it in the penis. With the index finger, middle finger and ring finger from your left hand press the middle of the area between the anus and the back of your testicles. While keeping the fingers at the midpoint start breathing normally.
Start pulling the penis back and forth 36 times in a rhythmical and smooth motion. Still holding tightly move your hand from the base toward the head of the penis for about 1 inch. It is said that it will push the air energy toward the glans. Now pull the penis to your right then rotate it 36 times with a stirring motion, both clockwise and counterclockwise. Do the same thing to the right. When you finish beat the erect penis 36 times to your inner right thigh, do the same to the left thigh.
The fourth technique.
Do the same thing , but pull to the left 10 times, to the right 10 times and down ten times. Pull the erect penis to the right and outward and at the same time rotate it in small circles 10 times. Do the same thing but pull the penis to the left. Pull the penis to the right thigh and slap it gently to it 10 times. Repeat to the left 10 times.
