1. Warm-up
You know that, before you do your exercises at the gym you must first do a warm-up? The penile enlargement exercises should also be preceded by a warm-up.

It will bring blood to the area of the penis , increase the blood-flow and make the skin elastic. It will also insure a tight grip for the exercises.

You must begin every exercise using the “Hot Towel Warm-up”.

Put a towel or a cloth under warm to hot water until it gets completely soaked and then wring it. Now wrap it around your penis. Keep it on the shaft of your penis for about a minute. Do 2 or 3 hot wraps. After the wraps dry your penis very well and you're ready to do the exercises.

2. Lubrication
I told you before about the importance of lubrication. There are a couple of types of lubricant you can try but I'll begin with the ones you must not even think about trying.

Don't try shampoo or soap. They irritate the skin on your penis because they're applied vigorously and for a quite long period of time. They also dry the skin , which results in cracking and peeling. IT also stings if you get soap or shampoo in the urethral opening at the tip of the penis. So don't even think about it.

Now here are a few things you can try to not such a good result:

  • Petroleum jelly – it can work if you don't have another option. But it is greasy and messy and it's too thick to allow you to move your hand at the pace you desire.

  • Baby oil – also might work. But it's messy and it leaves stains.

  • But we do have a winner: Vaseline Intensive Care – slippery, lasts long, you can go as fast as you want and it cleans easily.
3. Getting in the perfect state
After stretching it's good to do the following exercise. This exercise will get some blood flowing in your penis , making it easier to get a partial erection ,which you'll need for Jelqing.

Hold your testicles with one hand (trust me...it's for your own protection) and the base of the penis with the other hand . Now whip the penis around gently. Do not whip more than 30 times.

Doing multidirectional stretching and hanging , and "reverse jelqs" will help to build base girth.
